One tap composes a text to a trusted contact with your meetup location, time, and trading partner's profile. Like Uber's 'share my trip' for trading.
Community Ratings
Rate your trading partner after every trade. Three reports on a user triggers automatic review. Build trust through consistent, positive trading history.
Safety Tips
Always meet in public
Police stations, library parking lots, coffee shops, and busy shopping centers. Never meet at your home or theirs. Never meet in isolated locations.
Trade during daylight
Rehoard nudges you if you schedule a meetup after dark. If schedules don't align for daytime, pick the brightest, busiest location available.
Bring a friend for bigger trades
For trades over $30, consider bringing someone. It's safer and more fun. Your friend can help evaluate the item too.
Inspect before you swap
Check the item thoroughly before agreeing. Test electronics, examine condition, verify authenticity. A good trader won't rush you.
Trust your instincts
If something feels off during chat or at the meetup, walk away. No trade is worth your safety. Use Rehoard's report system to flag suspicious behavior.
Keep communication in-app
Rehoard's chat keeps a record of negotiations and agreements. Avoid moving to personal phone numbers or other platforms until you've built trust.
Community Guidelines
Rehoard is built on trust. Every trader agrees to be honest about item condition, show up when they commit to a trade, treat other traders with respect, and report anything suspicious. Violations result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.
